Newspaper article: The May 13, 1893 edition of the WHEELING REGISTER, Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, provided an account of the April 2 excursion of the boat ANDES owned by Charles Allum. Disorderly conduct ensued after the sale of liquor aboard leading to complaints, injury -- and Allum's arrest.
