General Notes:
1883 BIRTH of Anna Rachel Fields ("Annie")
Anna's obituary states she was born "March 30, 1883" that does not coincide with the 1900 census that provides "March, 1887." "March, 1887" was actually the month and year of birth of Anna's sister Olive; the 1900 census taker inadvertently switched years of birth for the sisters.
1900 CENSUS, Pennsylvania, Washington County, West Finley Township ("Anna R.," age 13, with parents) (Anna's age was inadvertently switched with that of her sister Olive, who was 13. Anna was 17 in 1900) ("Fileds" in some census indexes)
MARRIAGE of Anna Rachel Fields and Emmett S. Wright
1910 CENSUS, Pennsylvania, Washington County, West Finley Township ("Ernst S.," age 31, "Line walker, Oil Line") (The census might actually record "Emet S." but is transcribed "Ernst S.") (wife "Anna R.," age 27) (Anna is documented as the mother of 6 children, 4 children living in the year 1910; she and Emmett had been married 8 years)
1918 DEATH of mother, Melvina (Nickeseon) Fields
1920 CENSUS, Pennsylvania, Washington County, East Finley Township ("Emmett S.," age 40, "Oil gauger, oil lease") (wife "Anna R.," age 36)
1930 CENSUS, Pennsylvania, Washington County, Independence Township ("E. S.," age 50, "Farmer, Farm") (wife "Anna R.," age 47) (In addition to children in the household are eldest son Howard's wife "Hellen," age 18, "daughter-in-law," and "Ester," age 1, "granddaughter")
