Photo: This photo, too, was taken at W. L. LeFevre in Monroe, Jasper County, Iowa, but is earlier from the one of the Andrew Kimmins Allum family group.
Left to right are Daisy Iola Allum (later Mrs. Charles Fredrick Graham); Hattie May Allum (later Mrs. Albert Ernest Pennington); Jonathan Edison Allum; and Ida Anna Allum (later Mrs. James Benjamin Douglas). These young people represent four of the five children of Andrew and Margaret that did live to adulthood. The fifth--and eldest--Nelson Melville Allum had married in 1884 and was not present when this image was captured.
