1784 - May 1, Monongalia County, Virginia, Daniel Soverns, Grantee, 409 acres on the waters of Sandy Creek adjoining his settlement survey.
1785 - March 20, Monongalia County, Virginia, Daniel Soverns, Grantee, 400 acres on the waters of Sandy Creek in the forks of that and Cheat River including his settlement made in the year 1774.
Daniel married Mary SOVERNS.
