  General Notes:

According to a public member tree titled "Ancestry" at Ancestry.com, Sarah's full maiden name was Sarah Jane Largent Allen, a daughter of Alexander Allen, 1778-1834, and Sarah Largent, 1799-1875.

Sarah also married a Largent -- Nelson Largent.

LARGENT, therefore, was Sarah's married -- not maiden -- name when she married Joseph Frazee.

Children in the household are William, age 12; James M., 15; John C., 10; Jonathan, 8; George W., 5; and Richard B., age 1. All children are documented as having been born in Indiana.

Sarah's middle initial is transcribed "I" (instead of "J") in an index to the 1856 Iowa State Census. The middle initial does, in fact, appear to be "J" upon seeing it.
