Photo: Although other photos of "Alice" must exist, none has been brought forth. Therefore, this vignette of her is extracted from the family photo on glass.

For more than twenty years before her death in 1923, Alice lived in the household of her son, Charles Harrison Allum, and his wife, Nora Belle Sprowls. After she passed on, an empty chair represented her at family reunions.
