HITCHCOCK

Mr. David Hitchcock died at his home in Richhill township, this county, Sat., Oct. 31st, 1885, of consumption, aged 48 years.

Deceased was a member of the Enon Baptist church and was a highly esteemed Christian man. A wife and six children are left to mourn the loss of husband and father.

Lucinda married William L. BURNS, son of Alexander BURNS and Elizabeth SOLLARS, about 1856. (William L. BURNS was born on August 8, 1835 in Pennsylvania, died on June 2, 1863 in Greene County, Pennsylvania and was buried in Sollars Cemetery, Richhill Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania.)

Lucinda next married David A. HITCHCOCK about 1865. (David A. HITCHCOCK was born in 1844-1846 in Pennsylvania and died on October 31, 1885 in Greene County, Pennsylvania.)
