Warrant Register: The Warrant Register for "R" surnames for Washington County, Pennsylvania includes the names of Peter Riley and William Allum in the 5th entry from the bottom. In 1810 William became the Patentee for the small acreage for which Peter Riley had applied for a warrant in November, 1789. The land -- named "Surplusage" -- was along Ten Mile Creek in Bethlehem Township.
