Obituary: The obituary of Josephine Marie (Houston) Allum, 1859-1943, names her daughters Madolyn and Josephine, but does not document her siblings, who were John, Isaac, Nancy, James, Virginia and Elizabeth.

Josephine outlived her husband, John Erwin Allum -- who died in 1920 -- by 23 years. The 1930 census places her in Mahoning County, Ohio with her brother John.
