Obituary: An accident claimed the life of James D. Carroll at age 35. Upon his death, he had six children with wife Orpha Cleo (Allum) Carroll. The youngest child, daughter Erma Jean, was age 1 year 4 months. Wife Orpha was known as Cleo; her maiden and married surnames are misspelled in James' obituary.
