Photo: Predeceased by his only brother, John Monroe Allum, who died at age 19 in 1892, Charles Elmer Allum had seven sisters! Second youngest of his siblings, he appeared with them in a group photograph from which this image was extracted. The group photo was taken in the mid-1890s when Charley was 13 or 14.
